a busy week ...

Twas' really a very busy week for me, i haven't posted for days it's just that the hustle and bustle in the office got into me. But my spirit was lifted up when my significant other finally was able to have a signal and was able to text and call me. Being far away from each other is not easy as others thought it to be.Especially when you are used to being with each other.I have that part in my life where I used to rely almost everything on him. So when he suddenly has to leave for work abroad my life made a complete turnaround. I used to cry myself to sleep at night, I could not remember now how many times I shed tears. But thanks to our technology right now we were able to find means and ways to always keep in touch with each other even with different time zones. Our love has deepened through the years , the distance even made us stronger. I would like to share this quote to those whose loved ones are away from them:

"And ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation." --Kahlil Gibran

a message from ruby...

The sand taught me one thing, "you can't hold too many things, no matter what you do to make them stay, so learn to let go and choose carefully which you want to stay, because like the sand, only those which are in the center of your palm will last."

- with regards to my priorities in life, I realized I have been doing too many things and haven't really focused on what's supposed to be my topmost priorities. With that message that my dear friend sent me, I have opened up my heart and mind, to stay on track and do things one by one.

my friend ruby...

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when you discover that someone else believes in you and is willing to trust you with a friendship.
. Ralph Waldo Emerson, Adapted

- thank you bee, for giving me a chance to be your friend. I wish you always to have a good faring in life.

for my bestfriend

BEST FRIENDS FOREVER
© rljc-p

Do you remember ?
Our high school days
We have to be strong
Remember the good and
the bad times we had

As friends, we stick together
But, change came like the weather
We parted ways
Do you still remember?
It has been too long
Since we’ve seen each other

I remember …
The laughter’s, the pain
the dreams we’ve shared
The times
We’ve been stupid, and carefree

I remember you…
You have always cared ,
the wind beneath my wings
Now, as we look behind
The road we traveled
We took different paths
but remained the same
And remember
we will always be the best of friends.
To ping -
thank you best for always remembering ....i will always be grateful for the friendship that we have shared.
